Senior Leadership Team
The six members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) share oversight of every aspect of the school's life and work. Although many day-to-day administrative duties are shared, each member of the team also has a defined area of more general responsibility:-
Headmistress
Mrs Jill Berry, BA, M.Ed
General management and oversight of the whole school.
Bursar and Clerk to the Governors
Mr Jean-Marc Hodgkin, BSc, FCA, FSI, ACIS
Responsible for marketing, ICT, premises & estates, finance, health & safety and other support services.
Deputy Headmistress
Mrs Fiona McGill, B.Ed
Oversight and co-ordination of curriculum matters.
Assistant Head
Mrs Natalie Keeler, B.Sc.
Oversight of assessment, recording, reporting and staff professional development.
Assistant Head
Mrs Sue Willis, B.Lib.
Oversight of pastoral matters, public relations within and beyond the school and community links.
Head of the Junior School
Mrs Susan Braud, BA, NPQH
General management and oversight of the Junior School.
